AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
System inspected for leaks, damage and deterioration to any hoses, seals or components. Drive belt tension checked system recharged with refrigerant.

Retrofitting to R134a environmentally friendly gas available.

LPG INSTALLATION AND SERVICE
Installation of LPG to all types of vehicles which meet Australian Alternative Fuel Regulation Board specifications. We also tune and maintain dual fuel vehicles and offer DYNO tuning for maximum performance and economy.

BRAKE AND CLUTCH
Includes disc pad or brake shoe replacement on front or rear wheels using quality parts. Disc and drum machining and hydraulic overhauls available.

Full clutch service including adjustments and clutch assembly replacements.

COOLING SYSTEM
We pressure test the radiator, inspect hoses for leaks, radiator cap for proper sealing, check coolant level, check water pump for leaks or wear and all drivebelts for tension and condition.

COMPREHENSIVE VEHICLE INSPECTION
We conduct a comprehensive range of tests to assess the condition of any used vehicle. This will give you peace of mind before you commit to the purchase, with a fully itemised report performed by skilled technicians.

EXCHANGE ENGINE AND REPAIRS
We handle minor and major engine repairs. We also supply and fit exchange engines. Alternatively, engines can be rebuilt where no replacement unit is available. We use and recommend HM GEM Five Star Engines.

EXHAUST REPAIRS AND SALES
Exhaust systems inspected for leaks, damage and deterioration. Replacement with quality mufflers and components. We can also test exhaust emissions and operation of catalytic converters and oxygen sensors with 4 gas analyser.

FUEL SYSTEM AND FUEL INJECTION SERVICE
Service includes full engine tune up, fuel injectors cleaned to ensure smooth running, air intake system and fuel lines inspected, fuel filter and air filter checked and renewed, crank case breathers and valves checked and cleaned.

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
Our Automatic Transmission Service includes replacement of fluid, cleaning and/or replacement of filter, adjustments to bands or throttle cables, inspection of vacuum and cooler lines and inspection of drive line.
